Spark Joy Charlotte will bring the life- changing magic of tidying to your home with Virtual Tidying Sessions! Invite me in through Zoom, a video conferencing platform, and together, we can create the life you’ve always dreamed of as you discover what truly Sparks Joy for you.

Your journey will begin with a 30 minute (complimentary) virtual consult to discuss details about your home and goals you wish to accomplish. We will conduct a thorough walk-through to evaluate space and storage. As we tour your space, I’ll ask you to envision your ideal lifestyle. What do you want your home to look and feel like when your journey ends? We will create a plan for your success in reaching that vision, with support from Spark Joy Charlotte. 

Each additional Virtual Session will focus on completing the KonMari categories, in order: clothing, books, paper, komono (miscellaneous), and sentimental. I will guide you through each category, helping you to determine which items Spark Joy. As you hold each item in your hand, we will conduct the “Joy Check” by asking specific questions relating to that item. Honing your skills to what brings you joy will become easier the further we get into the method. Focusing on the belongings you love will allow you to let go of unnecessary items, therefore allowing you to create the tidy, clutter-free space you’ve always wanted.

Upon finishing the discarding process, we will find a permanent home for all of the belongings you love and use. You will then feel the magic of tidying as you see your vision come to life!

In-Home Tidying Sessions

During each 4-hour tidying session, we will work through the 5 categories of the KonMari Method, in order. We will begin with the clothing category, learning how to determine if something Sparks Joy for you. Your ideal vision will lead your journey as you discover what items truly make you happy. This will allow you to let go of unnecessary items that are getting in the way of your ideal lifestyle. Depending on your needs and goals, which we will establish during your consult, we will create a plan that best fits your journey!

Spark Joy Charlotte is now offering Virtual Tidying Sessions, through Zoom video conferencing. This allows us to meet and conduct tidying lessons, while social distancing. In the future, clients will continue to have the option of choosing the Virtual Sessions as it will remain a permanent feature listed under the Services offered. In-home sessions will look slightly different as we take precautions to remain healthy. During in-home sessions, I will leave my shoes on your front porch upon entering. I will also be wearing a face mask and gloves as we will be working so closely together. Clients will also be asked to wear a mask and I will provide one if needed. Because we will be wearing masks, we will have a Zoom call prior to our first session so we can see each others’ beautiful faces!
